Central Outreach Resource and Referral Center (CORRC) is a grassroots community-based non-profit organization with its main office located in the minority community of the Hill District of Pittsburgh. Since 2002, CORRC has provided multi-generational, multicultural drug and alcohol addictions services, including referrals to in- and outpatient detoxification/rehabilitation, aftercare, and other supportive referrals services. Importantly, CORRC provides Syphilis HIV, Hepatitis C, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing with immediate linkage of persons infected to medical care.  CORRC encircles these services with aggressive community outreach and education programs. Our outreach worker that services all of Allegheny County Communities that suffer from the overdose epidemic to provides Norcan and D&A services to the community that are impacted by addiction overdoses and our Van facilitates the agency’s work out in the community which allows services to be taken to high-risk communities. Since 2015, CORRC has conducted intakes and assessments and place over 5,474 clients to Behavioral Health Drug and Alcohol treatment Center. Out of the 5,474 clients that were place in treatment 55.02% African American and 41.1% were Caucasian and 4% other. This year we have place 56 clients into treatment and 13 into aftercare services as an agency we have client that have been Clean for 22 years and have become productive member of society. We have conducted over 96 Hep-C/STD and HIV testing as an agency we will continue to provide services for 2025 to underservice communities.
